We process information you provide: name, phone number, optional email address, postcode, the type and description of the issue and any photos or videos. Address, scheduling, customer and billing details may be added for the service. Do not upload identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical information such as an IP address or derived security hash, browser information, session and logs is used to protect the form and administration area.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contacting you, assessing a request and preparing a quote rely on pre-contractual steps at your request. Scheduling, performance and follow-up rely on the contract. Invoicing and accounting rely on legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests. A service request is not consent to advertising.
4. Recipients
Only authorised staff, assigned technicians and necessary hosting and email providers access information required for their tasks. We do not sell your data. Using WhatsApp also discloses information to that external service; browsing this website does not automatically activate WhatsApp.
5. Retention
Request records are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, follow up, deal with complaints and legal claims. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Unnecessary attachments are removed when their purpose has ended. 6. Security and transfers
Administration access is role-restricted. Attachments are not public. Emails and financial documents are shared with the intended recipients; keep secure document links confidential. If a selected provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate legal safeguards must be in place.
7. Your rights
