Situations that can be reviewed
Work may involve a faulty module, unclear circuit distribution, an additional circuit or replacement of a panel that is no longer suitable.
- Faulty breaker or residual-current device
- Old, incomplete or poorly labelled panel
- Additional circuit for new equipment
- Heat marks or unusual noise at the panel
How a request is prepared
Describe the symptoms, location and level of urgency. Photos can add useful context. The team then checks the relevant trade, area and availability before any intervention and its conditions are confirmed.
Safety first
Do not remove the cover or touch conductors. Keep away if the panel becomes hot, smokes or crackles and seek advice immediately.
